General Description:-
We have visited this site twice previously, the first time the report seems to have disappeared eared into the ether but the report on the second visit can be read by clicking HERE. Several of the user reports on the Eurocampings site of another site - Campsite Orbitur Sitava Milfontes - do not confuse the two, one is a pleasant site close to shops restaurants and bars while the other is a s*** hole
Toilets and Showers:-
The toilets and showers are, it must be said, a little tired, in fact the block nearest us half the toilrt cublcle are equipt with “squaties” rather than the standard western toilet we are all used to. Paper, soap and hand drying facilities are not provided but seats to the loos are. There are a total of four facilities blocks on the site (only two are open tn the winter) in the most modern block each cubicle contains not only a western style toilet, with a seat, but also a bidet. Every block is kept spotlessly clean.
Laundrette:-
There is a laundrette with a couple of sizes of machine at a very competitive price.
Restaurant:-
There is a restaurant/bar on site but in winter it opens weekends only. We have not tried it.
Conclusions:-
We like this site and would be happy to recommend it
