General Description:-
This is a small municipal site with just 32 pitches, close to main north/south highway the A2 it provides a good stopover when travelling in either direction, there is though plenty to see and do in the area on a longer stay. The pitches are generally large and flat some with shade, the staff are helpful and welcoming, although during our visit none spoke English
There are two large supermarkets within five minutes walk and although the site does not have its own swimming pool there is a municipal pool next door that is open (in season) to campers
Toilets and Showers:-
The facilities block is quite old and tired but are kept clean. loo paper is not provided neither are hand drying facilities but there is soap.
Laundrette:-
There is a small launderette but we used the one in the Intermache supermarket next door where the 18kg machine for €8.00
Restaurant:-
There is no restaurant/bar on site but there are several within walking distance.
Conclusions:-
This is our second visit to this site, we find it a comfortable site and would recommend it.
